How we count
Page views
Every view of a page counts. If you exceed your quota, we keep measuring up to 20 % above it and let you know – only then does measuring pause until next month or until you switch to a higher tier. Data already collected is never lost.
Ranking checks
One check is one keyword on one check date. 100 keywords weekly need about 430 checks a month, daily about 3,000. You decide whether to track many keywords weekly or a few daily.
AI credits
The AI assistant is billed by computing effort: a simple question costs about 1–2 credits, a detailed analysis more. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months.
Backlink analyses
One analysis covers the key figures, up to 1,000 backlinks, referring domains and anchor texts of a domain. Your own domain is refreshed automatically every month.
Frequently asked questions
What happens after the trial?
The trial ends automatically after 7 days – there are no costs. You can still read your data for 14 days afterwards. If you choose a plan in that time, everything continues seamlessly; otherwise the measured data is deleted.
Can I switch or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time in the app under “Billing”. A switch applies immediately and is prorated. Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of the month, yearly plans at the end of the year.
How do I pay?
Securely via Stripe. You receive an invoice every month or year with VAT shown; invoices and payment details are managed in the customer portal.
Which plan do I need?
Under “Billing” the app recommends a plan based on your actual usage – page views, websites, keywords, recordings and AI usage.
What happens when a quota is used up?
Rankings, backlink analyses and URL checks pause until next month; you can book an add-on at any time. For page views we keep measuring up to 20 % above the quota.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in Germany. Older data is deleted automatically after the retention period of your plan.
