One plugin, one API token, done. Page views, heatmaps and replays as usual – plus cart, purchases and refunds straight from the WooCommerce server, even when ad blockers are around.

What the plugin tracks
Tracking added automatically
No code in the theme: the plugin adds the tracking tag itself – also with WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache & co. Page views, clicks, scroll depth, heatmaps and session replays work right away.
Cart with every quantity change
Add, change quantity (1 → 3 items counts as +2), remove, empty – reported by the server, in the classic cart as well as the Cart and Checkout blocks. Logging in with a filled cart is not counted as removal.
Purchases, cancellations and refunds
Every order with order number, net, tax, shipping, coupons, payment and shipping method. Refunds – partial ones too –, cancellations and failed orders reduce revenue: once, and never beyond the order value.
Product data as in the shop
SKU, name, brand, category path, variation and price – for reports by product, category and brand.
Works with your cookie banner
Without consent VisualClicks measures cookieless. Banners using the WP Consent API (e.g. Complianz, CookieYes), Google Consent Mode v2 and IAB TCF v2 are recognised – with consent, recognition and replays are added.
Fail-safe and HPOS compatible
Data is sent after the page has been delivered; the Action Scheduler retries failed attempts. If VisualClicks is ever unreachable, the shop keeps running unchanged.
See which cart value is left behind
Because every cart change arrives, VisualClicks shows the missed purchases: goods value, number of items and abandonment rate – by product, channel and device. So you see which products and sources lose revenue.
- Missed revenue and missed items per period
- Cart abandonment by channel – also for visitors from ChatGPT & co.
- Purchase funnel from product to payment

Frequently asked questions
Which WordPress and WooCommerce versions are supported?
WordPress 6.6 to 7.1 and WooCommerce 9.0 to 11.2, each with PHP 7.4 or later. The plugin is compatible with HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage).
Does the plugin cost anything?
The plugin is free. You need a VisualClicks account; e-commerce reports are included from the Medium plan (as an add-on for Small) and in the 7-day trial.
Do I need a cookie banner for it?
No. Without consent VisualClicks measures cookieless, including cart and purchases. If your banner supports the WP Consent API, Google Consent Mode v2 or IAB TCF v2, returning visitors are recognised and sessions recorded once consent is given.
What about ad blockers?
WooCommerce reports cart, purchases and refunds from the server directly to VisualClicks – they are not lost. Only page views and heatmaps depend on the browser.
Are orders counted twice?
No. Purchases are matched by order number; an order always counts only once. If PayPal, Stripe & co. create it later, it is still attributed to the shopper’s visit and channel.
Does it work with the block checkout?
Yes. Because the data comes from the server, the classic cart and checkout are tracked just like the new Cart and Checkout blocks.
